Not strictly true. You lost Innia because of falcon. I wont go into the short story but any choice you make, even in the smallest engagements canl have a ripple effect.

You're correct. I should have phrased that as 'minimal direct strategic impact'. It's entirely possible that it does have knock-on effects, although sensitive dependence on initial conditions only allows that the butterfly may cause ripple effects, not that it necessarily does. But the possibility is there.

Barely a year ago. Long I pondered my FC’s cryptic talk of victory. Time has proven him wise. But from free Cal to free Cal the word was spread that bold RZR and his three hundred so far from home laid down their lives not just for the militia but for all Caldari and the promise this state holds. Now here on this ragged patch of space called Black Rise, Gal hordes face obliteration. Just there the snail-eaters shiptoast, sheer terror and gripping tight their F1 with icy fingers, knowing full well what merciless horrors they suffered at the cynos and hot-drops of three hundred. Yet they stare now across the grid at ten thousand Neutrals commanding thirty thousand free Caldari. The enemy outnumber us a paltry three to one. Good odds for any Caldari. This day we rescue a region from smugposting and tyranny and usher in a future brighter than anything we can imagine. Give thanks men, to RZR and the brave three hundred. To victory!

Oh that POS. You mean the one where WAFFLES were only interested in seeing if more Goon caps would show up, which they didnt. And when we repped that POS they showed up in a Naga fleet with Basis and reinforced that POS we just repped. We were going to engage them but we just didnt have the numbers. Would have been a damn good fight too. But yep, GalMil is totally in cahoots with half of low-sec. Roll

WAFFLES also killed the first POS (before we could stront it) we put up after we (well, Dei-Telum did most of the work, we just whored by killing their fleet before they could finish the job), took down the first offline POS. THEN, WAFFLES tried to ransom the POS location for 500 mil.

So, yeah, not only are we in bed with WAFFLES (thanks for the contacts Bodaa), but our 500 million isk retainer to Exodus. is paying off handsomely.

I have to say.. Im quite honored you think i have the contacts to call in the CFC, As stated we have called in Razor before. But they no longer work with us due to the fact they believe i am a PL spy.

They came away killing you and us. . It was a CFC free for all evening.

Sigh... here's how it went. There was an offline goon pos which Dei-Telem engaged, we killed them, then popped the pos. We drop one of our own, then Waffles show up and pop it before it onlines. They leave, we drop another and stront.

Later that night, Goon corp jumps in 5 dreads+2 Carriers to RF it (these have all been smalls). They do so, but we have a couple inties that manage to tackle the carriers after they **** up their extract (for some reason the carriers were too far from each other to refit, and no one seemed to bother with a depot).

We send out call, but have 5 people online so v0v. Someone says to contact Waffles, as they're nextdoor and have some interest in blowing up Goons, so they bring in some talos's and kaboom. Unfortunately one of the carriers got out because ECM drones and we're bad. There was never a blue here, even, just an opportunity for an easy cap kill. We offered, they thanked us for the killmail.

That mail you just quoted was about the RF timer following this engagement. We expected a cap blob, and Waffles expressed interest in fighting said cap blob if they showed up. They didn't, so we fought Waffles instead. They RFed tower again with a naga fleet and we all went about our business as usual.

For what it's worth, Mira, what you're doing with Razor is a real damn shame. Used to be, FW folks on both sides would team up to explode people who tried to 3rd party on our little corner of EVE. Further, low sec entities in general would team up to beat up on the nullbears who think they can stomp around lowsec.

Now? We go into any fight BC+ assuming that there's 40+ razor ishtars on the other side of your cyno. You complain about us up-shipping you, but what's the alternative? The times we've brought equalish forces, you light the cyno and Razor pile in anyway. Hell, we showed up with fewer numbers to an ARRANGED FIGHT with you and you ***** that we went to a large plex instead of sun, so you refused to take the fight. We chase and fight on a gate, boom 40 razor ishtars + support instantly.

The funny part about Nenna/Aki this time was that even Razor couldn't handle the fight, and had to phone up the chain of command to drop 150 more goons on top, heh.

Like I said, it's a shame that all you guys seem to bother doing anymore is baiting for -insertgrouphere-. I'd like to think that if I had to sink to the level of nullsec pet, I'd at least get something tangible out of it.

You are infact Correct. we use to team up. Then people like Perunga took over the Gallente Militia and guess what.. Everytime we said Hey lets go against Snuff or someone when they are out. We got ..I.. So if he is going to show us the finger and just blob us with capitals what does he expect

Also your saying the fight could not be handled again what you are missing is that they came in for a free for all not that fight they was locally Look at the killboard they killed each other after.

Lemme get this straight.... GalMil has too many caps for you to handle, so you're forced to be a cynowench for RZR/Gewns. Gotcha.

PERUNGA hurt your feeeeeeeeelings so now you're going to confirm everyone's preexisting impression of CalMil as a nullbear haven by being a RZR/CFC cynowench. Gotcha.

PERUNGA has apparently taken over GalMil. Gotcha. I'll turn in my secret decoder ring then, since apparently I missed that message.

Can we get those Templis guys back in charge of CalMil? Those boys were at least trying to do things the right way instead of rolling over to take it hard and deep from failtastic nullbears.

Who says Templis isn't working towards rebuilding Calmil?
Also, Galmil is just mad because they got outplayed for once, but it's ok, they can continue to have PL/ Exodus smash our plexing fleets while we are trying to drive the warzone.

We haven't vanished really, you just haven't been trying very hard to find us. Focus across the board has shifted significantly in recent months. Before I went to play in null, it was much more common to see a public CalMil fleet roaming the warzone. With the exception of GHIOT running open fleets on a semi-regular basis, this practice has largely ceased as CalMil works out what to do with itself.

There's less focus on system control, with CalMil adopting a similar stance to the Gallente during TEST's time in FW. Neither side seems interested in contesting these new core systems, with most of the recent fleet engagements being the result of structure bashes. It really isn't that hard to get us to come and fight, seems you're just too accustomed to us bringing the fight to you.

The usual problems still plague CalMil, with groups coming and going, tensions running high between various groups (don't think we're all delighted when a RZR fleet gets cynoed in.) Then there's the high proportion of new players Caldari State attracts, most of whom stick around long enough to become useful and then bugger off somewhere else because we "can't compete." You've heard the usual excuses before. You'll probably hear them again too.

Coming back to FW after a few months off, I was horrified at the state of CalMil, but lessons are being learned and improvements are being made. It just takes us a lot longer than most apparently.
