Confirming Surfin is an honourable spaceship pilot and her father is a good man.

EDIT: Surfin is a rather huge carebear, so at least one of his accounts has proper standings to the proper factions.

I think it was Urodus that made our alliance, so we trusted him with over 1b and he delivered. Your mileage may vary.
