Every so often, I'll load into my CQ and this happens:

Its because she is not in the kitchen. Her whole reason for existing is being nullified and this is why she is starting to dissipate.


Get her to clean some dishes and she will soon reappear

You loaded the walk in station environment? Yes, that sounds like a bug.

Well i saw that happen before Crucible too ..

There was some thread about it...

Answer : Living in an wormhole got some serious effect on you. Big smile
Try the ussuall .. clear all cache / repair / etc.

The bug is you for using CQ.
