Storyline Mission Problem

When doing distribution missions it seems that you don't get the storyline from the same corp as you are doing missions with, you seem to get it from whatever storyline is closest to the drop off for the last mission in the set.

This is brutal because the bulk of the rep is always going to the wrong corp Cry

storyline missions are offered usually by the closest storyline agent to where you turn in your final mission.

this leaves you with a couple options (which will require a bit of research)

1) find another system that has a storyline agent of your chosen corp
2) relocate there and do missions in that area
3) if that area lacks a suitable level of combat/distro mission agent from the corp of your choice continue in your original system but count your turn ins, prior to your 16th relocate to that system

You only have to do 1 regular mission near the storyline agent of your choice, it has to be mission 16, it must be the same level as the other 15 missions, and it can be for any corp in the same faction.

I like to use http://eve-agents.com/ and Ombey's maps to figure out where to do that mission.


EXAMPLE: Find a Kaalakiota agent in Tash-Murkon.

* Open a browser window #1.
* Search for all Caldari storyline agents in Tash-Murkon.
* There is only one Kaalakiota storyline agent in Tash-Murkon, in Goram.

* Open a browser window #2.
* Search for all level 4 Kaalakiota agents in Tash-Murkon. Sort ascending by system.

* Look at the map.
* Goram borders on Tividu, Tendhyes, Adahum, and Ahrosseas.

* Look at browser window #2.
* There is a level 4 Kaalakiota mission agent in Tendhyes. This is a candidate.

* Look at the map again.
* Check the systems Tendhyes border on. Make sure there are no other Caldari storyline agents in those systems (see browser window #1).

Result: You can run level 4 mission #16 for Kaalakiota in Tendhyes and always get a storyline mission for Kaalakiota in Goram.

its been that way since missions was introduced. get over it.
