bpo research costs

testing out the researching on the bpo's and seeing how much ME / TE can be researched for cap ship bpos on sisi left me with a sour taste in my mouth when using stations with 10% tax.

archon - me7 / Charon - me7 = 910mil ea

revelation - me7 = 1.64bil

aeon - me6 / avatar - me5 had no research charge, I'd actually hate to guess on the pricing for 1 months research especially after the rev pricing.

so im wondering are these prices final and considering im using a station that's not in a populated system any idea how much max research cost would be per month?
