Rough numbers, but in our wormhole corp's system, we had a system full of green combat sites yesterday, and only 2 left today.
Not many of us in wh yet to even try completing any of them, and we've been warned not to warp to any sites not active.

Correct me of my understanding of wormhole site mechanics, but from what i understand, wh sites despawn after a period of time from first warp-to? WIth this, would it mean just one random person from ours or another wormhole, could trigger the despawn of all of them at once?

Been kinda frustrating as if they can all be triggered/ despawned by someone from another system passing through, not sure what to do about it.

Yep, anyone could trigger them or run them. It is very common for wormholers to jump into other holes and do their sites.

Sites dont respawn very fast when you have done them all so I would suggest moving into a hole with a nice static and run the sites in them instead.

It is my understanding, that sites will despawn 4 days after activating (read: warping to) them. It is thus quite common that ****heads will warp to all the sites in your system to make you jew less.

I discussed it with other corpmates as well and like you were saying Nalha, we're probably going to focus on mining our static adj, and consider ore anomalies activated upon appearing in system, so to have the most time to take advantage of it.
