I did a quick search to see if this was asked before but didn't see it. I was just wondering if like other corporation management skills if this is included in the "update with my skills" button.

For instance someone with max corporation skills can make a corp and transfer to a new CEO and the corporation still allows more members based on the previous skills.

So is this skill based on the current CEO or off the skills of the person who last updated the corp?

I'm 99% sure it is based on the last person that clicked "update with my skills"
Professional corp makers will always remind the new CEO "Don't Update!" Because Pro corp makers generally have those skills maxed out.


Edit here: The skill has a different description than it used to.... (Was Ethnic Relations before)
