Black Screen on login

Anyone else getting this issue, I can log in but once the game begins to load the screen goes blank.
When I move my mouse I can hear it move over the character's on the title screen, but cannot select any of them.

Same for me. I can log in and view characters. Once I select a character I hear the sounds of the game but I have just a black screen. I can hit esc and see the menu however.

I have cleared cache
rebooted multiple times
reset graphic settings
run client repair tool
all with no change.

I was on earlier (1-2 hours ) with no trouble at all.

Was getting the exact same, it seems if I restart the PC it'll sort the problem until I have to log out, then when I log in again the problem returns,
