Some stats Akita T released in 2008. It'd be interesting to see a new dev blog on this. The numbers might be largely the same, or perhaps there have been major shifts.

EvE's biggest customer is The Mittani.

Every year since CSM 6 The Mittani purchases at least 1000 EvE accounts and PLEXes them with CFC funds for the sole purpose of gaming the CSM elections in his favor.

In the end EvE's biggest customer is also the one showed the most favor.
