Forum theme setting doesn't persist

Between separate login sessions on this forum, the forum theme setting in Profile Settings > Personalize resets to the default. I would prefer not having to go into this and change it back every single time I log in.

Generally when I click a button that says "Save Settings" I expect the settings to be saved so I don't have to do them again.
