Outlaw the Usage of Pirate Ships From High-Sec

The Problem:
Fancy pirate built battleships and other shiny ships being used for pirate gut-curdling nonsense like Level 4 missions. Furthermore the blatant usage of Machariels in Miner and Freighter bumping.

The Proposal:
Given that CONCORD have presence around gates in high-sec, they should be taking pre-emptive action against what is blatantly a set-up for a Freighter gank. Furthermore the mortal sin of using these nice ships to carebear in fluffy pillow land is sickening and should be banned, or pirate NPS's should be encouraged to circumvent these efforts in a similar way that CONCORD deals with pirate activity.

This would further lead to situations where you have someone attacking the Serpentis in a Bhaalghorn, the Blood Raiders come in to comandeer their vessel and in-turn CONCORD or the Navy come in and a giant 3 or 4 way battle ensues.

The Third Bold Heading:
The less reasons people have to hoard nice things in high-sec the better. Give more content to low, null and J. High-Sec should remain a training ground only.

Death to all Caldari and Minmatar, Glory to the Empress Jamyl Sarum and Ruler of the Ammatar Mandate Yonis Ardishapur.

the "problem" just means people will use other, equally effective ships.

you've not actually solved the problem with your terrible idea, nor have you even said why the problem is actually a problem.

Give pirate (-10.0 only) players the option to board the ships when they hit 10% structure.

Previous owner (squatter) gets auto-podded.

You know, at least my suggestion for a tax on pirate ships was purely because it upsets my feng shui to see all the pirate ships in high sec doing nothing, instead of out in low and null where they could be doing awesome...

At least I didn't try to take anyone's toys away from them like a petulant playground bully. P

let me get this straight because people can use and do use machariels for bumping freighters and miners you want concorde to act on all the ships even if they are doing LVL 4s, thats like giving someone a speeding ticket for driving 220 MPh just because he owns a ferrari
