Looking for ideas on new things to try

So I fly a Tengu, I like to think well, in the grand scheme of things probably not Twisted

I run level 4's and make good ISK, and now that I've reached a point where I'm ready to move on,I've hit somehwat of a block. I realize that I make good money now, but to what end?, I don't have anything to DO with that ISK that makes it an end to a means. What do I do for fun once I have enough ISK to afford whatever it is? So what should I get into next?

Some things I've been pondering, that maybe you guys can answer:

PvP, love it in most games, not much experience with it here in eve. Do I pvp with this char, or start a new one? It seems like worrying about sec status, standings, and or travel to/from wherever I pvp to places I mission out of would be a pain. Starting a brand new character makes entry time sound higher.

Exploration. I enjoy it as a hobby currently, it's a fun break from just running missions, but I hesitate to get too into it as from what I've read I can't do very well without being in null multiboxing...

Currently training to be an incursion logi pilot (since my missile skills aren't desireable) and while I am eager to try that out, I'm sure it'll not be that interesting after awhile, just another way to earn.

TL;DR I can support myself in eve, no I'm looking ideas for what to do that's just to have fun. I know it's a question only I can answer, but hoping for some brainstormed ideas on things to try

Thanks for any feedback, fly safe

Null, WH and Hisec afford PvP opportunities without the fear of standing or sec status losses. Null and WH locations will also provide opportunities to make isk at the same time, so that's those two issues covered without the need for a new character (although a scout / logi support is always beneficial).

Sure, incursion money is good, but if you're tiring of grinding 4s you'll get pretty sick of incursions in short order. If isk flow isn't an issue, but content is, then it's probably not for you.

Exploration can be done for profit in all areas, I guess it's up to you whether the actual content in terms of exploring is more important than isk.

Sometimes you hit the bar and sometimes the bar hits you...

Thank you for all your thoughts, yeah I am quite interested in WH/Null but I felt that without any other chars to financially support me, it could be a pain to get back to empire high sec and run 4's haha, but that's likely what I'll get into.

I would recommend against starting a new character. If you are flying T3s you probably have a lot of important support skills at level 5 already, skills that would be a PITA to re-train on a new alt.

I also started off running missions but eventually had to realize that the whole thing was rather pointless, similar to you. I then proceeded to start a new career in the honorable profession of low-sec piracy and I've never looked back.

Plus, these days getting your security status back up is dead simple (i.e. you can basically buy yourself out of negative sec). With all the ISK that you have made so far you should be able to afford quite a few properly fitted t1 frigates which is the kind of ship that I would recommend to get into PvP. Then hop into your nearest low-sec system (in an empty clone, at least until you've mastered the art of getting your capsule out) and start burning through that ISK...

Exactly my thoughts :) Honestly I probably just need to make the leap and try it out, I have fully fitted ships scattered throughout the stars, so even if my escapades leave me penniless I'll always be able to come back to high sec and run missions lol

How about dropping the ugly, cowardish glasses and instead showing yourself?

It's not the 80s. People who use glasses to be cool only hide their emotions,
becauye they don't want others to see them.

It stems from fear. Dark glasses make people look like cowards and wannabes.

This might sound odd, but I suggest scamming. Doing it live is actually quite engaging and challenging.

One of ours, ten of theirs.

Best Meltdown Ever.

What you described is solo content.

The only real step you can take to make it new would be to find group content. While there is plenty to be had, you will find it's hard to get the kids to let you play.
