CCP Habakuk on vacation - any other dev willing to change sov indices?

Quick question: sInce CCP Habakuk is now on his well-deserved summer vacation, is there any other dev that would possibly be willing to increase systems' sov (especially strategic) indices to the maximum for testing purposes? I'm finding that testing supercapital ship construction under the new industry system can be quite a pain without access to cyno beacons.

Ah ok. well as far as I know any BH or ISD or other CCP should be able to do it, you just need to catch them when they are not busy.

I happened across ISD BH Ociram just now and asked him about this - apparently, only actual CCPs are capable of adjusting sov indices.

That's interesting, considering I have actually had it bumped by an ISD before, can't remember who though.

No, the CCP guy you said he was willling to do it IS NOT doing it anymore because 64 drillion people blobbed him with requests. So back to waiting the old fashioned way
