Client disconnecting

Hi!

I have an issue with my Mac client.
At random times my client will disconnect (but still run the game) for a couple of minutes before showing an error message like "connection to server lost" and close the window/return to login.
I have just performed a clean install on my mac and I have tried on several different networks but the same thing pops up.
I believe this issue is not connected with the Kronos update as I have had this issue the last 12 months (I have been away for 6 months)

Any suggestions as to what is wrong?
