80billion isk for 2 months in this time i will be holding on to ths ship with fittings, your holding toon is not needed.

i have contacted a 3rd party within my alliance to post soon to confirm he will be holding the ship if any thing fails zurb cant pay the ship will be sold via forums or within alliance it self.

Payment due on 09/03/2014 + 10% interest on amount

Yeah, I would seriously suggest you do a background check on the third party and your lender, including their contract histories.

Edit: I knew I recognized Serenty Allluck's corp and I would guess you wouldn't get any ISK from them.

Cant deal with players who have a bad history sorry also i would of felt more secure using holding char in request
as char scamming is not aloud

You won't be able to use the holding character in the way you propose as you will first have to sell the holding character to the lender without the ship, since character sales including assets are forbidden. This is one of the reasons the offer would be incredibly complex as you would need the lender to also lodge cash with a third party to secure both the character and the rest of the value of the Titan.

i would suggest you just sell the titan for the time being, much safer/quicker then this whole mess you're attempting to construct
