ccp only managed to implement 10% of what they planned for system upgrades. They needed a whole expansion to partially fix what went wrong in inferno. I believe they wanted to expand on what they did in inferno but time was simply running out while they tried to fix the exploits. So after "dedicating two expansions to FW" they decided to don't speak about FW anymore... until very recently where CCP fozzie tweaked plexes a bit.

tbh i don't think we will see those things any time soon.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

Properly fixing fw has been on the plate alot longer than POS fixing. although it like both. id prefer better fighting first than saving an hour setting up a pos.

One possible way to address the situation would be to make it impossible for a Titan to bridge while within 100km of an active POS shield. This would require the Titan pilot to expose his ship to the risk of being tackled or dropped in order to transport fleets, rather than the current situation where they can simply hug the inside of a POS shield in perfect safety 23/7. This would both make using a Titan much less of a routine operation, and help to increase their attrition rate.

Titan bridges and jump freighters are NOT off topic - because they rely on cynos in their current form.

The cyno jammer is only needed because of the most unintelligent game mechanic of titan brigdes.

Noone complains about covert cynos - so it is crystal clear who messed what up.

Let me put it this way:

We need cyno jammer to counter the risk averse - anti EVE logic - titan brigde.

CCP anounced that EVE is about risk to gain - not risk averse gaming.

You would have to spend 2.4 - 3.12 billion isk daily to attemp round the clock cyno coverage under the proposal linked in the OP. That you obviously didn't read. P

We need cyno jammers mostly for ihub bashes. So it is mostly one system at the time.

It would be enough to make titan bridges not work in fw low sec - if the rest of EVE does not care for risk-averse PVP, who cares? What can you hot drop in null sec - one lonely farmer?

Better make titan bridges ONLY work in null sec - keep the stuff where it belongs - let the nullbear bore themselves to death.

Another option would be to give cyno based travel an complete overhaul.
