I finally got Singularity installed and functioning again, after multiple attempts.
So I go to apply the 2 million SP that I had stored from the last mass-testing I did on Singularity, back in the winter.

And...... no SP to apply to industrial skills I need to do the proper amount of testing.

After a Singularity mirror, only unallocated SP from the last five mass tests before the mirror will be re-applied. It's always been that way.
