Yes, this pilot can actually sit in the Ishtar! Currently at Master Level II with the Ishtar, 1 day + 10 hours out of Master III.

4 mil SP in drone skills, including T2 Sentries.

Positive wallet, no kill rights either way, character is in high sec. Positive standing to Gallente & Minmatar, Amarr at -0.69 and Caldari at -0.55.

Confirming ISK and account information received successfully! Holding off on beginning the transfer by buyer request (no open slots on his account for 10 hours). I'll start the character transfer in approximately six (6) hours at 23:30 game time, unless buyer wants me to start right now.
