This Char can fly and fit for example T3 Loki, Hacs (Vaga/Munin) Logistics (Scimitar), Recon (Rapier/Huginn), Interdictors (Flycatcher/Heretic), Interceptors (Claw, Stiletto, Crow, Malediction), Electronic Attack Frigates (Hyena)

Only been once in Faction Warfare NPC Corp, otherwise no corp History. Sec Status -0.20, comes with 2 +4 Implants (Perc, Will) and positiv ISK balance.

Starting price is 1Bil with a reserve of 7Bil. I will leave this sale running for 1 week unless I get an offer that is really awesome and I cannot refuse.

Not sure what awoxer reputation you mean. It has non in your link (it states "Be the first to comment." below my char) , and it also could have none because it was not really used active, specially not for that matter
