Jump drives, Warp disruption mods

Just a couple of ideas for redoing some of these mechanics.

Jump drive: Capital high-slot module. Activate and it cycles once, then jumps the ship to the relevant beacon. Cycle time would be set between 10 seconds for tech 1, and at best 5 seconds for tech 2/high meta.
Why?: To give a small spool-up time for jump drives. The jump drive becoming a module allows meta and tech 2 versions to be used, reducing spool-up time and/or cap use.

Warp Disruptor Cannon: Alter current mechanics so that instead of cycling and keeping someone in range, the warp disruptor or scrambler shoots a blast of energy at the target, effectively shutting down its warp drive for 1 minute. Weapon cycle time is roughly one minute. Warp core stabilisers reduce the disruption time. Weapon range is similar to what exists now (20km/8km etc).
Why?: To remove tedious 'stay locked or lose the target' mechanics. Allows more free-flowing combat, instead of instant warpoffs. Disrupt a target and it's on the field for a minute at least, even if you get ecm'd or whatever. More chance for decent combat. If the target is hit with another disruptor blast, the timer is reset.

for all the reasons and exploits you are probably able to think of yourself - if you would have only invested as much time for that as typing this up. You would have lost nothing, but saved us a lot of time taking this down and helped keeping the forum clean.

So a complete capital rebalance then, adding a highslot and/or another what, five thousand M3 cargobay to every single one?

And...an interdictor without the interdictor? A bubble that cannot, under any circumstances, be popped? A tackle that it is physically impossible to break?

Warp disruption of one minute, cannon cycle time of three minutes. You don't get to have 100% uptime, sorry.
