I know how the change the font size in chat, but is there a way to make the font (and even change the font as I don't like EVE's font) bigger without lowering my resolution? Playing in 1920x1080, I have to squint sometimes to read some of the stuff.

The rightclick menu font can be increased in General Settings -> Context Menu Fontsize and Font Width but nothing else.
It's a know problem that CCP has long promised to fix but so far nothing has been done.

Yeah that is something I have done already and it helps a tad, but not enough. With the game being out as long as it has, I'm surprised this isn't something they have fixed. It seems like a VERY minor fix which wouldn't take too much effort on their part. I'm not a programmer though, so I may be wrong.

I feel your pain!

I believe team BFF announced they were planning a new font for the UI in their "fix the little things" project, which got put on hold if I'm not mistaken. It's probably not an as easy fix as it might seem, but things are probably a lot easier now with CarbonUI in place.

So just hang in there, I guess. Only solution for now is to lower your screen resolution.

I sometimes have to use my reading glasses heh

That being said, in my line of EVE work, larger fonts would create even more problem finding targets in my overview when scrolling thru large WT fleets... already a difficult task.
