"No Skill In Training"?

Around 9pm last night before going to bed, I set several new skills to train. Small Blasters 2 & #, Logi 2, HIC 2, HAC 2, and Recon 2, with AWU 5 covering any extra space for the next month (been having power outages where I live lately).

This morning, I log in around 11am and check my queue after patching the game. It says "No Skill In Training", which I found odd. I was sure I set the queue to active last night, didn't I? So I check my queue, and it is indeed inactive, but with HIC 2 in training. I'm not sure what's going on. Did I lose SP, or did the queue deactivate when I patched/logged in?

I noticed this last night too. I had a skill complete while I was logged off, and had another lined up after it. When I logged in, it told me 2 skills completed (not accurate) and no skill in training.

When I looked at the queue, the skill I had queued appeared to still be correctly training; ie the Time Remaining counter was counting down.
