It's a bit of an odd character to be honest, amazing gunnery, good tanking and scanning skills, but a real lack of SP in spaceship command, you wouldnt be able to describe it as focused which if it was would get you maximum value. Taking that all into account i believe your looking at between 33-36 bill. Would sell for 40 if it was focused.

Traders will likely try to get it for 25b...otherwise it might take a month to shift.

If i owned it, i'd keep it for a year, pump all that SP into Spaceship Command and then sell it for 50-55b
