On my second computer lock http protocol. Whats why when i launch "eve.exe" he can`t find "http://client.eveonline.com/patches/premium_patchinfoTQ_inc.txt".

How can i pass patch check, or change link from "http://client.eveonline.com/patches/premium_patchinfoTQ_inc.txt" to "https://client.eveonline.com/patches/premium_patchinfoTQ_inc.txt" (from htts to https protocol)?
