Okay.. I have a question.. now be nice I'm new I've only been playing a couple days..

I was doing some scanning.. and was stupid and forgot to recall my scanning probes before I docked for the night (I was tired, I forgot).. so .. I lost all my scanning probes.. how would I get some more.. I assume I need to get some from the market somewhere.. but I'm not sure what type of probe to get.. I don't see anything that says scanning probe anywhere.. do I have to drop the quest chain and re-grab it to get more?

I'm at the "Radar Scanning" point in the chain, so I need to get more to finish the chain.. :S

I expect you would need 'Core Scanner Probe'
Just type it into the search input field in the market window and hit enter. Remember to sort by price.

Awesome, that's what I was looking for.. I tried in vain to "reconnect".. but yeah they were all lost.. thanks for the help..

Once you have more isk, get the Sisters Core Scanner Probes.

They're a lot more expensive, but the 10% boost in signal strength is handy. Sure, you could up your skills to get the same effect, but then again, you could up your skills, /and/ get the sisters probes Big smile

Scanner probes are under Ammo on the market screen - should make things easier to find them.

If you want to get them a bit cheaper (isk wise, at least), go to a Sisters of Eve station, and take a look at the LP store.

Earn LPs through missions, then buy probes with that (and some isk.)
