Lowsec, too large, too stupid

There a social hurdle to low-sec. Low-sec suffers from an over abundance of minimal risk packs. Without a luck streak or losing a few helpless ships in gate camps you'll never get a fair fight. Why even bother rolling the dice when the odds of even engaging are tediously improved by only d-scanning. Where's the fight for the sake of the fight?

Reasons I think low sec is this way:

-Too much terrain not enough players...wolves flock as much as sheep run.
-No fleet diminishing returns...free kill mails and easy loot why not really?

Sounds like someone just got blobbed. Lol

If you want fair fights, you'll need to play another game, sorry.

A fair fight? Are you playing Eve or some other game?

In Eve, if you are in a fair fight, someone messed up big time.

Is this analysis based on 2 kills and 11 losses?

Lowsec has the majority of 1v1 fights. Nullsec will get you fleetblobbed, highsec will get you gangblobbed if you ever find a fight. Go to FW lowsec in a frigate and have fun.

Press 'C'. It will help your dscan enormously. Honestly, it is hardly tedious - takes literally s few seconds to scan everything in range. Go to FW regions.

Why can't they just make it where I press F1 then win Eve?...

The way Eve is now I have to think and my head really hurts

I've been blobbed sure, not today but in the past. I was legitimately looking for a fight and there was no fight to be found after an hour - only shuttles and a 6 cruiser gate camp my ruppie got lucky was mid-jump when I landed on the other side. Was I scared...yeah which is ok. Was I willing to suicide just to see some action...yeah which is not right.

Lowsec is a place of humility and patience if you're solo, may as well be mining asteroids in highsec.

edit: I've tried to break into a lowsec rhythm for many years now and nothing seems to have changed with it. It's tedium for little thrill. Wrong game probably. o7

No, that's just EVE. There are no fair fights unless one or both parties really mess things up.

I disagree.

It's all about the players.

Some players enjoy challenging fights much more than one-sided fights.

And sometimes they meet, and fight, and say 'gf' in local because they mean it.

Go fight a station camping nado 100 off in a rookie ship fitted with afterburners and slowboat to him if you want a challenge. Also the real challenge in eve is finding one-sided fights in your favor. Why would I risk my space pixel when I have ways to make his space pixels explode first before mine does. You're just not good at it.

The unfortunate drawback of giving power to the players is the players have to do stuff to make things the way they want it.

Wouldnt it be wierd if all these people complaining theres no fights like... fought each other

That would be neat

But unfortunately theres no locator agents or any way of communicating with other pilots in the game.

Sad really.

come to avenod, ask for a 1v1. im sure someone will come by to honor it :) if they break the 1v1 by bringing friends (and are in sc of course) they break our alliance rules and will have to pay you a hefty fine.

and before someone say: dont trust her it is a trap.. well what you got to lose? if you get blobbed well that is what would happen anyway.. but shadow cartel members are not allowed to break a 1v1

Sadly, it can't happen because with this kind of attitude:
Yang Aurilen wrote:

what they're really saying is:

'Me and my 10 corpies roamed 2 hours today and couldn't find a solo frig willing to engage us. One of us suggested we should at least break up into two gangs of 5 but... nah! that was too risky!'.

Yes some people want to be noble and I love those people when they take the bait and die Twisted Yes it happens but it's not the norm. Most lossmails have multiple pilots on them for a reason.

I say 'gf" in local after I suicide gank a miner (If I don't pod him). I mean it too!
