I would use FoF missiles because if you are going up against frigate swarm you can bet that you will get some e-war applied to that awesome frigate munching machine. And with rapid launchers it is a bit too late to start switching ammo mid fight.

Ofc FoF have thir own issues. they do not like to keep on their targets but like to just share their love with only the closest hostile thing. Which might not be even a frigate if they are putting some drones on you.

A caracal violates all frigates well enough with rlml's. If you're doing cerb you should be aiming at bigger targets imo.

Use an FN web you pleb. Gj using RoF rig on an rlml ship. It really helps you run out of ammo even faster.
