Extreme Framerate Drop open Windows (Char Sheet/Market..)

Hello comm,
i have sience a few Days problems with my Framerate when i open Windows like Character Sheed, Market, Corp Window (Searching for Corps). I didnt know what the problem is. Everything om my Hardware is up to Date and the Game was Runing smoothly. Is it a issue from EvE ? Maybe till the Patch or something ? Other Games are working perfectly. And the Fps drop is ust when i open Windows. During the Game everything is ok.
Anybody have the same problem ? Or a solution?

(Update)
I tried the Log Server and start exefile from the bin folder.
It seems that everything is ok for now.
I let it run longer. If the problem starts again i send the Log file.

Ok after a Exploration Seassion it is again the same Framedrops like before.
The Game run's for a few Min well...but after that it starts slowly to Freeze for a moment when i open some Windows inGame.
I have a Log File (.lbw).
Is there a Mod who i can send this directly?
Or what should i do with that ?
I mean .. i dont know if this is a Bug or not .. so i didnt like to send it as a Bug !
