Giving an advantage to committing to a faction in faction war

If your unadjusted standings to the enemy faction are negative 9 or lower you can always dock in that militias stations. (So for example if you are amarr militia and have -9 or lower minmatar you would be able to dock in any 24th imperial crusade station regardless of occupancy)

Obviously you will be shoot on sight even after you leave faction war and it will be a long grind to get those standing back. Also you won't be able to jump from one militia to the other very easilly. But for this commitment you will be able to base out of a few stations in fw and not have to mess around with plex farming.

Backstory for those who care:
The idea is that even if, say, minmatar taken over a system with a 24th imperial crusade station there are still some spies in that station who are loyal to the 24th that would allow people into the station. But only people who they know will not reveal them to the enemy. This loyalty is proven by the negative standing to the enemy.

Lots of variations on this are possible. It could be extended to other npc corps that are friendly with your faction.

No. If you want to base out of certain systems while remaining in FacWar, fight for them.

Nobody will even care about systems if the other side doesn't get kicked out.

By "fight" I suppose you mean getting alts to defensive plex.

I don't think I'm a fan of this idea.

just base out of fw lowsec area and you can dock when ever you want.

good basing areas are enemy 0.5 highsec systems.

Thanks that is a good idea.

edit:
Baron' Soontir Fel: EWWWW, tough guy. Thanks but I have no interest to come to your momma's offgrid boosting skirts which you gallente refuse to leave. If you want to fight lets fight somewhere where we have an equal footing. I'm currently out in the Aldodan constellation. Yeah, I didn't think you would be interested.

I'm not even in FW and I think it's a bad idea. If we joined Minnie Militia, nothing would make us want to keep Huola Minmatar than the fear of being locked out of our stations with all of our ships and stuff. Sure we could move but that is a LOT of stuff to move. Better to, you know, play the game and fight.

(also would you people stop asking us to join either side? FFS we're journalists not soldiers.)

I don't think I was very clear in what I am proposing.

So if the minmatar militia lost huola they would not be able to dock in th 24th station, regardless of their standings.

The change I am proposing is that if a minmatar militia pilot had a low enough standing toward amarr they would always be able to dock in a tribal liberation force station. In other words if you commit to your faction by allowing your faction standings to the enemy to tank then your loyalty should be recognized.

Sort of a conceptual role play explanation follows:

The low standings toward the enemy faction would be proof that you could be trusted and therefore those people in your own militia station would trust that they can smuggle you in to to docking station. I know it is a bit odd but it is also hard to understand why the tribal liberation force would not allow its own members into its station when just because that system is "occupied" by amarr? I mean is it a tribal liberation station or not?

If it is then they would surely have people who would be willing to smuggle known freedom fighters in.

If it is not then why does it still have that name and those agents?
