Is there a skill (or ship) that lets you get past the 5 drones in space limit imposed by the Drones skill?

A Carrier, that is all.

Or Super carrier.

Can get up to like 15? or so i think.

Ship bonuses on the Guardian-Vexor, Carriers and Super Carriers are the only way IIRC.

I wouldn't get too entrenched in worrying about how many drones you can field...over the last several months the number of nerfs to drones have been staggering. It looks like CCP is slowly moving us to a system where we might eventually have only one or two drones each that we can field (we are seeing this already with gila, geckos, etc....hell, even FB storage on supers was radically changed recently)
