Intaki Syndicate and Mordu's Legion Command

It seems odd that the Intaki Syndicate and Mordu's Legion Command are negative toward each other, given their similar origins. Is the Legion simply opposed to pirates and pirate-like factions? Even if that were generally the case, it would be interesting for that to be outweighed by solidarity with other Intaki refugees.

It's something I've wondered about too.

A possible explanation is the business relationship between the Syndicate and Serpentis, who don't get on with Mordu's Legion at all.

It's a matter of one going completely corporate, while the other dabbles a bit in wanton criminal activity. It's sort of awkward to have folks hanging around in the lobby with large weapons hanging from their belts and tattoos on their faces. (Caldari business people are frightened by such things. I know. Believe me.)

Compare it to the Harley Davidson being manufactured by AMF, a huge child's tricycle producer.
You just don't want some customers hanging around in the lobby. Nothing personal.
