Possible to "reuse" SISI files for corrupted TQ folder?

I've searched the forums and can find nothing about this particular question. Is it possible to copy my SISI folder and repair it for TQ so I do not have to download eve all over again? (TQ folder got messed up and repair.exe did not fix.)
