It will be collateralized BUT I will calculate with 100 % NPC price of the BPCs!
They have nicehigh researched ME/PE...

If Elizabeth hasn't already filled this will I offer to do it.

If you're worried about someone just selling your BPO's would I recommend hitting up Raw23 as I believe he sometimes offer to hold the collateralized materials during the load period.

Currently building carriers and rorquals. Contact me for a cheap capital ship.

That would be a good idea, Raw23 as 3rd party.

I will ask him, if he would do this for me.

Confirming I am holding the prints listed in the OP. In the event of default I will liquidate them in consultation with the lenders or hand them over if there is just one lender.
