Character Sheet

Considering selling my under appreciated alt, no idea what these things are worth

The pros I believe are:

Cov Ops 4
HAC 4
Transport ships
Pleasant name and clean history (4 yhears old)
Solid foundation in missiles, engineering and shield.

I know there are gaps, but it is highly unlikely I will keep the account active to fix them and would probably rather keep it than sell it cheaply,
