Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I've been in 3 maybe 4 pvp fights so far where I have been completely unable to use any part of the user interface or even hit escape at all. The last time this has occured has been in Amamake while probing out anomalies with my Probe. I noticed that a Buzzard popped up shortly after I noticed sisters combat probes in the Dscan window. However upon closing the probe scan window, not sure why I did that but I did, I experienced a complete lock up of my client. I was unable to reopen the probe window to recall probes, exit the map, or attempt to warp away at all.

This had happened while I was in FW prior while fighting a ship in losec and was unable to do anything, nothing was registering on my screen and in a few seconds my hp went from half shields to no ship. The last time it happened I was in an incursus and a Hurricane jumped in while I was trying to loot wreckage and just as I got to the wreckage to loot it I froze completely and could not perform any actions.

Is someone hacking the game? This seems to only happen to me during a pvp type encounter.
