UIsetting dont save

hi i recently formatted my hardrive andd reinstalled eve.

now ofc all my overview settings and stuff are gone.

also when i customise my ui it resets when i close eve

to be clear i tried enlarging the chat window but it returns to default size next time i log in.

is there some setting or checkbox im forgetting about?

I'm having this issue too, and it seems to be entirely random. In my case my shortcuts are lost, my overview settings are reset to default, the station tickboxes are cleared and the ui colour is reset to black. The weird thing is, the sound settings and a handful of others are preserved. Ugh

does anyone have any advice regarding this issue? its annoying. now myt other ui setting save but the damn chatr window keep going back to default.
