Drop one gun on all of your gank ships for a smartbomb? That way they can collect the money put on their heads for ganking people...while ganking people. While not a member of The New Order, I could appreciate the supreme irony in that....

Tried target painters and pot shots with lasers from range. Zero isk payed out in bounties. I guess bounty payouts don't behave as I thought.

I definitely got fewer bounties as more people showed up on the gates. I think who gets the killmail determines who gets the bounties.

I now have a reason to dislike White Knights: they are the competition for the bounties I'm trying to collect!

One Catalyst fitting a single smartbomb for bounty harvesting is indeed an interesting idea. Might have to try that sometime.

Does getting on the killmails of -10s cause sec status gain? I can't remember. I use a lot of sec status euthanizing miners, and gaining it back as a side benefit of participating in other ganks would be awesome.

Got confirmation on the exact mechanic, to get any bounty you have to be in fleet with the person who gets the killing blow. For Concorde kills the person with the highest damage gets the km. So target painters will only work if you are the only person shooting at them, anyone who lands a single point of damage would steal the kill from you.

OP, do not use ECM jammers. Use a ECM Burst module. It has a radius effect. You don't have to target anything. You can fit them on a Punisher to great effect.

And hit the gank target and get concorded with the rest of them.

Edit: Not that that is a bad thing, just be ready to lose your ship and take the sec hit.

Not as far as I know, on the other hand it doesn't make you lose what little sec status you may have.

Granting sec status gains for killing ships piloted by pilots with -10 sec status? Now that would make the situation in Aufay a tad more interesting....
