Starting Costs (t3)

Is pricing on jobs starting currently as intended, or a known not completely included feature?
If it's the second, ignore most of the rest...

Current pricing for building t3s (system is Urlen):

Hull Reverse Engineering (Single run, with 2 labs, giving a 3% bonus, System cost index at maximum)
Type ------- startup cost -------- material cost --------- product worth ------------ bpc worth ------- (startup cost) / (bpc worth) in %
Legion ------ 1.193.795 ---------- 1.916.001 --------- unavailable (bpc) ------- 51.854.586 ----------------------- 2,3
Loki ---------- 1.406.230 ---------- 1.883.716 -------- unavailable (bpc) ------- 50.543.140 ------------------------ 2,8
As a side note: Failed runs seem to no longer give back any input.

bpc worth = 20 (runs) x hull price x 0.02 (bp modifier)

Component Production (Single Run, 3 arrays, giving a 1.5% bonus, system cost at minimum)
Type -------------------------- startup cost ---------- material cost * ----------- product worth --- (startup cost) / (prod. worth) in %
Em. Neuro. Interface ------ 16.719 ---------------- 12.217.593 ---------------- 14.682.855 ------------------------ 0.1
Full. Power Cond. -------------- 923 -------------------- 566.815 --------------------- 916.911 ------------------------ 0.1
* Component Assembly Array gives a -25% Materiel Consumption Modifier (Description says 2%, attributes says Build Cost Multiplier -0.5 x). This seems not to be as intended. (Reported as bug)
Others also in the 0.1% range.

Hull Construction (Single run, with 2 array, giving no bonus at all **, System cost index at minimum)
Type ---------- startup cost ---------- material cost ----------- product worth ---------------- (startup cost) / (prod. worth) in %
Legion ------ 127.334.784 ---------- 119.178.700 -------------129.636.467 ---------------------------------- 98.2
Loki ---------- 149.993.954 ---------- 119.178.700 -------------126.357.852 --------------------------------- 118.7
** Seems wrong, should report it as a bug as well. edit: seems to take the bonus of the array it's currently in, so all fine...

Hull Construction Multi Run (Legion, with 2 array, giving no bonus at all , System cost index at minimum)
1 run : 127.334.784
2 runs : 202.084.986 - > run costs only 74.750.202 (58.7%)
19 runs : 307.552.503
20 runs : 307.557.327 - > run costs only 824 (0.000647%)

If I am under wrong assumptions somewhere, please correct me.

Afaik the cost is scaled by the products worth (or material cost, which doesn't change much) and uses the information shown in the UI (for material costs, product worth).
I'd say Reverse Engineering Costs are okay with about 2-3% of the bps worth.
Component costs seem a bit low with merely 0.1%. But on TQ those get manipulated quite a bit so this might be a good thing.
Hull construction costs a whooping 98-119%? This seems to be very much not intended.
Multiple runs seem to still need a cap. Also the second run already costing less than 60% seems a bit low.

edit:
Costs for hull construction were taken while the bpcs were still in the experimental lab., actual prices in the subsystem assembly are completely different:

Hull Construction (Legion, with 2 array, giving a -4% bonus , System cost index at minimum)
Type ---------- startup cost ---------- material cost ----------- product worth ---------------- (startup cost) / (prod. worth) in %
Legion ----------- 721.549 ----------- 119.178.700 -------------129.636.467 ---------------------------------- 0.6
Loki --------------- 849.948 ----------- 119.178.700 -------------126.357.852 --------------------------------- 0.7

Multiple run scaling is the same as before percentagewise.

So this seems to no longer be a case of ridiculously high price, but a UI missinformation if the bp is not in the correct array (may only be wrong in labs, or only the exp. lab, as the bp shows the same reasonable price when put into the component array (slighty different as it takes the other multi array bonus)).
I also find it strange, that the cost for the loki is higher than for the legion even thought the legion is the more expensive ship.
