i got same problem as on singularity, my account seems to be expired.

Can anyone give a solution how to activate my character on duality please?

There's a Reactivation Request thread on the Test Server Feedback section of the forum, just post there. They have been really good about getting accounts reactivated quickly (meaning a few hours instead of a few days) lately.
