No-one's forcing them to quit. That said, if they realise that they're unable to cope with the consequences of their actions in a video game, not playing that game any more is a mature and sensible choice.

As for the rules of the game, it's absolutely CCP's place to say what they are, including definitions.

I've been considering bringing back my wardec corp, to be honest with you. It was a lot of fun, and I now have locators available for more than just this guy. Might get his killboard green for once.
