Warp bug after anchoring POCO

After Anchoring a new POCO I could not warp anywhere. Also the overview showed everything in sytsem including empty ships and corp mates at excessive distance (17 AU etc.) I logged off and resumed and it fixed the problem.

Also the jet can with the ammo i had dropped and refreshed into a new can befor departing was gone when i returned to get it. was it cleared from gris where the interbus CO was located? I'm petitioning it but i thought i should warn people.
