First of all. I don't know where to put this as this isn't TQ related by only SiSi.

Basically, TQ launcher works fine and gives me the ability to log in etc. However, SiSi launcher does not.

I get a white window that shows that its the launcher by the name up top. Like this: http://prntscr.com/3v14e0
I've got to the point on considering to redownload but that shows no change.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
