Unit 479 has been around for a while, but has never really had a focus.

Well, I think I have finally decided on a focus that appeals to me. Anti-pirate roams. However there is only one other toon in the corp and she is one of my alts.

A few selling points are:
1. Tax rate is 0.0.
2, Nothing is mandatory.
3. What you earn, you keep.

I would like to set up a reimbursement program for lost ships, but don't have the ISK right now. I hope that changes soon.

Unit 479 is part of an alliance, but the alliance has a 'hands off' policy for the corps in it. I would know because I run the alliance.

Unit 479 is located in central Domain. HQ is in Solitude, and we have an office in the Antiainen cluster, but we don't have roots anywhere. Ideally, we would move to where the action is. We have free freighter service for moving around, compliments of the alliance.

I live in the USA (GMT- 6) but there is no telling when I will be on line. For instance, it is 0430 here right now, and I don't feel like going to bed.

I desperately need FCs, or people who think they could be good FCs. We also need as many warriors as possible, but good FCs are crucial to successful operations. I also want the FCs to talk to each other after operations, no matter how they turn out. FCs shouldn't be islands. Everyone needs input. There are things about roams that even the best FC in the game doesn't know. FCs need to share their knowledge and experiences in order to increase the success rate of all of the other FCs.

I have no use for FCs who won't accept constructive criticism, or share their experiences.

So, let me know if you think this is a viable plan. :)

Edit: I am not a competent FC at this time, but I hope to learn to be one. My specialty is ECM. I won't take out a roam until the corp FCs say I am ready.

The alliance is growing, but we aren't. Kind of disappointing.

Right now we are running mining ops in Solitude, but tomorrow we will be working with another alliance corp on some Incursion sites and some Level 3s and 4s.
