I think guys more often than not fake taking an interest in someone to get them in bed, so we fake it on the way to an orgasm.

Yep, believe it or not, men can have intercourse without actually enjoying it, or for show.

Ejaculation is not orgasm, please research Ejaculation Anhedonia (as one of the MANY examples in Medical Literature), and despite what some MD´s try with the label, it´s not, in my own research, tied to a hypoactive disorder per se (I sometimes hate the regulatory and constraining shell standards try to encase everything in, yet I recognize their effectiveness)

It´s not necessarily chronic, can be episodic and like all human nuances of behavior tied to several states of "mood" (for lack of a better term in this informal discussion)

Also some men penetrate others without the need to ejaculate and "pretend" they are enjoying it.

It´s not so occult to try to pin on certain group of men, it happens to a lot of them, and occurs regardless of gender attraction and sexual orientation

But as usual, this is the internet, and my experience is not quantified in hard data willing to be tested using the scientific method, but in my experience dealing with several sexual dysfunctions I even noticed some men under vasoregulators of varied labs/brands, experience erections that were totally out of sync with their "emotions" , and by consequence, the act, even when it finished in a very visual ejaculation and release of genetic material that didnt qualify for rigid standards of labeling, so there´s that too.

So here I have given you my experience and I hope it helps as an answer.
