as for the low ball, this toon is t1 torps, no shield skills, no social skills, and no standings for fw. also is currently training irrelevant skills for a bomber pilot.... but it is a good starting point for a fw toon.

Offer accepted. To clarify this character was part of an IS Boxer bomber squad. Torpedo and shield skills were secondary, infact even having T1 Torps with Supports to IV is considered excellent for that. But thats why you are getting this character cheaper. Also if I bothered to get standings for faction warfare you wouldn't have a choice which faction you'd be missioning for. That said I have 6 more characters I need to put up for sale at some point during the month/next month so if you would pay extra for Minmatar Faction Warfare ready at Secuirty Connections IV/T2 Shield Hardeners trained tell me how much and I'll ensure my future offerings to the character bazaar will be at proper spec. Otherwise I will just sell as is.

Also Security Connections IV is queued up, it'll be done in 2 days, 11 hours, and 4 minutes as of this post.
