Honestly for something in that price range you would be better off starting your own toon its only going to have 3mil sp maybe

3 bil is a reasonable budget considering this orca booster sold for 3.5

Just hang in there and check the boards once or twice a day. You don't have to buy the first (overpriced) character that pops up. A character is only worth as much as people are willing to pay.

Keep looking and you will find what you want eventually.
