Carrier Deal Gone Bad - Don't buy from this pilot

Hey Everyone,

This isn't some butthurt thread over losing some isk but to let the public know about a scamming pre-order pilot claiming to build caps for Goonswarm but runs with the down payment for the order and when you ask him about the ship, he/she replies with a message that it was destroyed and they aren't replacing it. Now from my understanding of a deal, it should of been on him if he got it destroyed and been responsible for replacing it until it rests in the buyers hands, so he was at fault here and failed to deliver the ship or the isk returned.

Player Name: christmascaveman
Corp Name: (Was) Exploding Camels
Alliance Name: (Was) Goonswarm Federation

Ship in question was a simple: Tri-Archon Carrier

So be warned and spread this name around that him and his co-pilots aren't to be trusted with pre-orders with supers or titans because he was claiming to be in the market of building them also.

You prepaid for a ship? One that can be traded on contracts? Consider that a lesson.

If you want to recoup the lost ISK, I have a carrier I could sell you at a bro deal rate, just confiscated it from a person who couldn't afford a ransom and so ejected from the ship. Send me 1100m and I'll give you the carrier (it's a triple tech 1 trimarked Archon with a basic tech 2 triage fit, located in non-FW Placid).

Come to think of it, they were from Exploding Camels too... hehehe, maybe they aren't a liar after all.

I support the New Order and CODE. alliance. www.minerbumping.com

That has been done for years and years and -forgive me the remark but it is just simply that- idiots like yourself keep falling for it.I'd say it in a nicer way if it would be possible ... i really would.

I'm pretty sure this guy has a "sales" thread with 10 pages of people screaming scam. This should probably be in C&P though.

So i just got home , copy/pasted that goons name into evesearch with scam added :

that is how much effort it takes to find out if you should pay forward

if only he done it more so it was really clear

like if he allready was named 3 times in regards to being a scammer surely you would have seen it right ?

So in short , as i said before your thread will be of no use at all just like the ones i linked because people can't be arse to type in a name+scam in google.

They can be arsed to type a full thread with details and most of the time respond to it once their deal went screwy allthough that is more effort then the initiall google search would be .

And that is just doing a fast search , if you actually went further you would find out why he couldn't even be selling titans/mothersips as per CFC rules to name one thing. There's a reason a bunch of baby titans got destroyed at the start of this month from a CFC renter Alliance.

And that is not even to mention that there is totally no need to pay a part up front as a carrier isn't that expensive and can be thrown on contract unlike a titan/mom .

You can completely trust a supercap sales thread with scores of zero-like alts posting "best service ever", with the obligatory "transaction went smooth" thrown in.
