Is there any way to copy the Shortcuts in Eve to another PC? I want to Eve with me on my laptop. Thanks!

There is no CCP provided way of doing it.

The methods to do so risk being classified as client modification. Since having all my accounts perma-banned (and managing to get unbanned after a lengthy appeal), I no longer recommend such methods. Even when it is a false detection, it isn't worth the hassle.
