Unable to Launch Client: Browser Verification Failed

I've been unable to launch EVE at all today after dealing with a virus that turned on proxy servers in my browsers this morning, I keep getting this message on startup.

It has something to do with the in-game browser, but I'm not sure what. I tried running the repair tool as suggested and it didn't find anything wrong with my client. Any help?

Edit: Just fixed it, deleted my browser.exe and let the repair tool redownload it.
