Combat Pigs may have what you're looking for. We can offer 10+ members and we're a pretty active corp that participates in mining. We have access to perfect refine, 2 Orcas, and we are on our way of creating a POS in low sec which will help us manufacture.

If you get bored with mining we can also offer missioning, low sec Roams, and some incursion running.
